2. Kurz gesagt

2. In short
We process your data only to answer your enquiry about our homes and to advise you on the Tuludis Secret Resorts project. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to estate agents or other third parties. We do not set any cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers on this website ourselves. The Calendly service is only loaded when you open the booking calendar (see section 7).
Overview of the service providers we use: STRATO (website hosting), Google Workspace with Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Meet (email, customer management, appointments and video calls), Calendly (appointment booking) and, at your request, WhatsApp (communication).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is necessary to provide the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and is deleted automatically after a short period. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO.
4. Enquiry form and home configurator
When you submit an enquiry via “Configure your home” or via the investment calculator on our home page, we process the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, preferred language, your optional message and your chosen home configuration (model, home size, own nights, extras and calculated price). If you reach our site through an ad or a link containing a source reference (for example “Bazaraki”), we store this source together with your enquiry. As long as you only use the calculator without submitting anything, no data is transferred to us.
Purpose: we use the information to contact you about your enquiry and the Tuludis Secret Resorts project and to send you documents.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Storage: when you submit your enquiry, it is transferred in encrypted form to our customer management system and stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Sheets) in Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We have a data processing agreement with Google. Confirmation and information emails to you, for example with the brochure, price list and floor plans, are sent via Google Workspace.
Access: only TULUDIS LTD staff handling your enquiry.
Disclosure: none. Your data is not passed to estate agents, partners or advertising platforms.
Retention: no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data required for as long as the law obliges us to.
Providing this information is voluntary, but we cannot reply to your enquiry without contact details.
5. How we handle your enquiry
We handle every enquiry personally. After the initial call, we note the status of your enquiry in our customer management system, for example whether a follow up appointment or a site visit is planned. There is no automated decision making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries in an orderly manner (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your information to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our mailboxes are operated via Gmail in Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We have a data processing agreement with Google.
If you choose WhatsApp as your contact channel, we communicate via the service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies. WhatsApp may process data in the USA as well (see section 10). You can choose a different contact channel at any time.
7. Appointment booking via Calendly and calls via Google Meet
To book calls, we use the Calendly service (Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA). After you submit your enquiry, the booking calendar opens directly on our website. The calendar is only loaded when you submit your enquiry with “Send enquiry and choose a time” or click “Show calendar”. Technical data such as your IP address, as well as your name, email address and selected home configuration, are then transferred to Calendly so that they are already filled in on the booking form. Some links on our website open Calendly directly.
When you book, Calendly processes the information you enter there (name, email address, phone number, preferred language, your answers and the chosen time), sends confirmations and reminders and adds the appointment to our Google Calendar. We transfer booked appointments to our customer management system (see section 4). Calendly may set its own cookies and may display its own notice for this; Calendly’s privacy notice also applies.
We hold video and audio calls via Google Meet (Google Workspace). At your request, we use Google Meet’s live translation, which translates speech into your language in real time. We do not record calls.
Calendly and Google process the data on our behalf; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (see section 10). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Booking is voluntary; you can also arrange an appointment by email or phone.
8. Advertising on Instagram, Facebook and Bazaraki
We advertise our project on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) and on Bazaraki (Cyprus). When you view or click an ad there, the privacy policies of those platforms apply. No pixels, plug-ins or other services of these platforms are embedded on our website. Links in our ads may contain a source reference (for example “quelle=bazaraki”). It is only stored if you submit an enquiry (see section 4).
9. Cookies and local storage
We do not set any cookies on this website ourselves. For cookies set by Calendly when you open the booking calendar, see section 7. If you choose a language using the flags, we store this choice in your browser’s local storage so that the site appears in the same language on your next visit. This storage is necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection to third-party servers is made.
10. Transfers outside the EU
Google, Calendly and WhatsApp may also process data in the USA. These companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Beyond this, we do not transfer data to countries outside the EU or EEA.
11. Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption, shown by the padlock icon and “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
12. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. A simple email to info@tuludis-resorts.com is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence or, in Cyprus, with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
